1.1 General information

1.2 Prices

At RUWEX ApS, we reserve the right to set and change prices without prior consent. Determining and changing prices may depend on various factors including; supply, demand, availability and the size of the order.

 

1.3 Payment

RUWEX ApS receives payment through bank and transaction transfers. The amount will typically be collected when the item is shipped. However, there are cases where the payment is only collected when the goods has reached the port of our customers. These are relatively large orders that must be sent to countries outside Denmark’s borders.

There is a 30-day payment deadline upon receipt.

 

1.4 Delivery/Shipment

RUWEX ApS strives to send orders as soon as possible after the order is placed. For orders made by Danish companies, the shipment process is initiated within five working days, subject to whether we have the goods in question in stock.

For deliveries to countries outside Denmark’s borders, the delivery time will be determined in collaboration with a third party (Transport and logistics companies). Here, the delivery time can be stated as soon as RUWEX ApS and the transport and logistics company have coordinated the shipment jointly.

 

1.5 Right of complaint and right of return

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, RUWEX ApS is obliged to comply with applicable legislation. Cf. §§ 42, 81 and 83 of the Sale of Goods Act, the buyer has the right to cancel the purchase or demand a proportionate reduction in the purchase price. However, the buyer must notify the seller as soon as possible after the discovery of the defections. If the defections is due to manufacturing, the buyer can make use of the right of complaint within two years.

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased from us.

The period is calculated from that day;

– Where you receive the order.

– Receive the last item in physical possession, especially in the case of an agreement on several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several installments.

– Receives the last batch, or last part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots / parts.

-The first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of goods over a specified period.

Return costs must be upon the buyer.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase and from cancellation the buyer must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. The notice must be given per. mail to info@ruwex.dk. In the notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you want to send the item back to us, you must contact us on +4523410222 or info@ruwex.dk and remember to note order- or invoice number on the message receipt

You cannot regret by simply refusing to receive the item without giving clear notice.

 

1.6 Goods except the right of withdrawal

The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:

– Products that are manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or have a clear personal touch.

– Sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal is broken after delivery.

Goods which, due to their nature, become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.

– Items where the seal is broken.

– Performed non-financial services if the provision of the service has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and recognition that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully completed.

– Delivery of digital content which is not delivered on a physical medium, if the execution has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and recognition thereof, that he or she thereby loses his or her right of withdrawal.

Newspapers, magazines or periodicals, however, excluding subscription agreements for such publications.

– Agreements entered into a public auction.

Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.

1.7 Return

The buyer must return the order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the buyer has exercised his/her right of withdrawal. The buyer must bear the direct costs of returning. When the buyer return, he or she is responsible for the item being properly packed. The buyer must enclose a copy of the order confirmation in the package. The buyer bears the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received the return.

 

1.8 Condition of the item upon return

The buyer is only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way in which it works. In other words, the buyer can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. Which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, the buyer only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt – of the return. In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, the buyer must therefore try out the item without actually using it.

When sending orders abroad, we involve a third party in the form of a transport and logistics company. This third party will in principle, through their insurance, be responsible for the shipment until the buyer has received his goods. Payment of the transport and logistics company (delivery / freight) is agreed between the buyer and the seller, while the seller is responsible for payment to the insurance company, which covers losses, damages, vandalism, etc. inflicted on the goods during shipment until it reaches the buyer. In this regard, reference is made to CISG art. 31-34 and 66-70, from which it appears which powers and rights apply in the event of risk of damage, loss, vandalism, etc.

 

Refund

Refund will be made if the goods meet the positive conditions mentioned in 1.5-1.8. If the goods are not in accordance with the applicable conditions, it will be assessed proportionately, how much must be corrected on the purchase price, and whether there are any reason for refund.

 

Opportunities for appeal

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.

You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaints Portal for the House of Boards.
